Introduction to Learning Materials Working Group:  Learning Materials Development Working Group

The Learning Materials Development working group reports to the Hyperledger Technical Steering Committee. It is focused on developing open-source training material (licensed as specified by the Hyperledger Charter) to educate people interested in expanding their knowledge of Hyperledger and its projects. The working group will consult with other Hyperledger working groups, Hyperledger team members, and the project maintainers to identify training needs and develop strategies, as well as, material to address those needs. The output of this working group will be targeted toward both technical and non-technical audiences.

VII. New Business

Next steps with creating a Hyperledger community onboarding task force:

Hyperledger needs a  a Getting Started guide to the website, now is a great time to start a Community Onboarding Task Force.
I think it would be confusing to have a situation where we have 3 separate onboarding resources, so a Task Force could combine these different efforts into one getting started resource that we all are working on.
Let me know your thoughts on this and if both of you and Niku and Arun are interested in collaborating, let's put something together.

Here site to improve it as a resource for developers looking to get involved with the community.
