Right now paper assumed that `Asset` entity is stored under `Domain` entity near the `Account` entity.
It makes hard to operate by terms `Transfer Asset` and understand the difference between `Asset` under `Domain` and `Asset` that belongs to `Account`.
So the proposal to place `Asset` entity under `Account`:
