I'd like to propose that the TSC Membership as defined by the Hyperledger Charter be amended in the following ways:
- Membership and voting is limited to those individuals that have participated in the technical aspects of Hyperledger. This may include:
- Code contributions
- White paper contributions
- Working Group (or task forces if that's what it comes to) participation as defined by meeting attendance and contributions to working group products
- Documentation contributions
- Others?
- As was originally planned in the formation of the TSC, no one organization or its affiliates can hold more than 25% of the TSC membership
- Expand the number of TSC members to 15
