- Also, we need to change the error code. Then we can merge Burrow into master.

| - Working on fixes for PRs according to the feedback. One problem is in utility service. Need to get access to the Mac machines. Probably issue is in boost.
- There is a possible issue in the fix for the longevity stand. Need to check it by the sanitizer.
- There are few test issues on the PR with Yac infinite voting.
