Andrea FrosininiAndrea gained a long-term experience in multinational environments, having the chance to carry out my managerial activity in the field of Export & Trade Finance. My task was to match different, often divergent, requests, assess each aspect of an operation in order to deliver simple solutions for complex problems, minimizing risks and enhancing profitability. I supported the sales network by introducing relevant, tailor-made innovations to the existing contractual offer and increased the awareness of the sales force through streamlined and effective procedures. In a specific case, such innovations led to a growth of 25% in orders from critical areas, although of great interest, such as South America, Africa and South-East Asia, rising the turnover back to satisfactory levels, after years of standstill. In recent years I got massively involved in blockchain and DLT and became the Chairperson of Hyperledger Trade Finance SIG, where I leveraged on my Trade Finance expertise for developing projects, with a special focus in Europe, Africa, Middle East and APAC region.
