  1. Are there some retention related questions that come to mind? Or frequency of interaction? Like trying to identify this situation, "I showed up once and didn't like it and I guess I'm still answering this questionnaire but otherwise I don't do anything here anymore." vs. "I regularly fix bugs".

    Maybe some contribution questions would be good...
