- Upgrade Python to 3.12: currently on 3.9, support ends in October 2025. Upgrading to 3.12 before 1.0.0/LTS would be nice as it would give us some breathing room, and prevents us from falling into a state where the LTS includes an outdated/unsupported runtime.
