• Shingo proposed about the release planning for MVP implemenation.  Jonathan suggested that more short milestone is needed as v0.3.  The discussion about release planning is continued to the next week.

  • node.js version is not Node v10 but v12.
  • The discussion about Ledger Plugin is needed.  The development of validator's key management should be first.
