Although the technology is interesting I believe it will be very difficult to grow a community around this project and for this reason I do not support the creation of a Hyperledger Project around this.

Author wishes to withdraw the proposal until such time as there are more maintainers. Meanwhile the code will continue to be developed in a Hyperledger Lab and new contributors are of course encouraged.
