Overview of Proposal
The TSC has now a GitHub repo which provides a better way of handing issues than the wiki. It makes sense to transition to using GitHub issues.
Formal Proposal(s)
Stop using wiki to log issues and decisions and use GitHub issues in the TSC repo instead.
