  • Create a dedicated channel for new members.
  • Provide a clear introduction to the project: It's important to provide new members with a clear understanding of what the project is about.
  • Mentioning good first issues in the channel.
  • Host regular events and discussions.
  • Mentioning FAQs like how do I get started , how can I contribute.
  • Weekly meetups for new comers to tell them about the project, to let them introduce themselves, encouraging newcomers to contribute more.
