Conclusion: instead of the Sigs and WG having to present during TSC meeting, perhaps one solution can solve two problems. 1) have Siggs and WG create a monthly blog ( from the template LMDWG will provide) for Marketing (Jessica and Emily) , then they would have to go around chasing people for blogs, 2) Make SiIGs and WG responsible to community as a way to generate more interest.
