Libra is real challenge and libra-real challenge, fb has a lot of baggage . but this could be positive to mass adoption. Is it really positive?  

It would be interesting to see if there will be less visibility Less visible in the entity moving forward. 

This can alter governments.

Implications Libra implications of world currency is staggering. private Private entities and shareholders influencing could have great influence on global commerce. 

developing stored value cards–with SEP and HTTP–were really excited about capturing commerce. The interesting thing here is they solved the problem in old fashioned way. 

Some SSIG members are also interested in values of non financial and financial–capability and financial capabilities to create landscapes/ecoysystems ecosystems of trust . Where and where values can be interchanged. Values that might be expressed in terms of value . You could define profiles for students/education. University could agree on profiles. Points/values you could make an acquire through educational process(e.g. education). So not only converting fiat currency to cryptocurrency for say scholarships but also to exchange non-monetary value.
