Proposal 8: Existing working groups will be converted into a technology focused SIG (TSIG).

While formalizing the structure of technology focused SIGs is outside the scope of this working group, we recommend that these SIGs go through a similar process of proposing a topic area with a specified leader and initial participant list. The proposal should be ratified by the TSC.

    Disagree. This just pushes a problem away rather than resolving it. Having a bunch of unstructured discussion groups just makes HL more diffuse and will still lead to the same dissatisfaction of spending months on calls without impact.

      i think the point is that they shouldn't worry about impact. the task force is where work gets done.
