This page is a helpful checklist of things all chapter members should do to get set up and stay connected with the Hyperledger India Chapter community and Student chapter society as they serve as student members.  


Initial Setup

  1. Get a Linux Foundation ID (LFID) if you do not already have one.
  2. Log into the Hyperledger Wiki and follow the Hyperledger India Chapter space. (Click the "Watch" button in the upper right, then click "Watch all content in this space". That way you'll get notifications via email of all edits and new pages on time.)
  3. Join the Hyperledger India Chapter mailing list (community-india-chapter@lists.hyperledger.org) on the Hyperledger list manager.
  4. Log into the Hyperledger chat and join the #india-chapter chat room.
  5. Log into Linkedin and follow Hyperledger India Chapter and Hyperledger India Chapter Student Society page
  6. Create a GitHub account if you do not already have one.
  7. Add the Hyperledger India Chapter student society meetings to your calendar. (as of now the meetings are paused, and planning for calendar events.)
  8. Add yourself to the community directory.
  9. Read the Anti-trust Policy Notice & Code of Conduct


Staying Connected

  • Hyperledger India Chapter student society meetings are held bi-weekly on Saturday (currently it is the formation phase II) with the agenda building happening on the wiki and the Hyperledger India Chapter mailing list leading up to the meeting.
  • Hyperledger India Chapter meeting minutes are recorded on the wiki page.
