   1. Recovery from the Covid 19 pandemic has to be sustainable in every sense of the word. This means that we need effective measurements of what is being traded, where it is being traded and who is trading in order to develop the best and most appropriate policy and strategy solutions. We know unsustainable trade outstrips sustainable trade in a ratio of 4:1 - as we start to “build back better” how can big data and digital solutions help?
