In this session, Ariel Gentile, Berend Sliedrecht and Karim Stekelenburg will share the 0.4.0 release of Aries Framework JavaScript. The demo will include what's new in AFJ and through the lens of a well-defined use case, they will lead you through the steps of setting up an agent, connecting it to a ledger, and issuing and verifying credentials. By the end, you will be able to use your own cloud agent to issue a credential to a holder, which in turn creates a proof of a credential that your cloud agent can verify. This demo is aimed at everyone that has worked with JavaScript/TypeScript in the past. Specific knowledge with Aries Framework JavaScript or self-sovereign identity is not required.
