流程

  1. 创建提案，提案可以以下任意一种方式提交

    1. 根据模板，在本页面下创建字页面
    2. TBD： TWGC-RFCs

  2. Request for Comment 项目公示，让尽可能多的人参与讨论

    1. 在线会议：如果可能，建议在TWGC双周会以及其他由TWGC管理的公开会议讨论

    2. 线下：包括但不限于RocketChat，邮件列表，微信群

  3. 至少两位组长Approve后，正式加入TWGC

参考要求

  1. 项目范围

    1. 需要符合Hyperledger的项目范围

    2. 符合Hyperledger的Code of Conduct守则

    3. 有明确的产出物

  2. 项目要求：已记录在模版项中

  3. 活跃度（参考指标）

    1. Github指标

      1. Clone

      2. Fork, Stars

      3. # of maintainer

      4. # of contributor (code, content, community, isues, discussions, etc)

    2. References, citations
