Create important categories to focus on brainstorm and create categories of the membership problems/solutions such as
Getting New Members
How New Members - how to create better first impressions for new members,
Existing Members
Find Members - find out why existing members dropped off
Contact pat members directly to find out why they quit
Contact past contributors and ask them to come back (this one is tricky)
Modify the home page to make it more welcoming
