   3. Alibaba Cloud's orderer system with the following spec:

      1. 2 orgs currently, Fabric 1.2.1, Kafka as backend, TLS on<< TODO Brian, please provide detail here>>
   4. Any one else
3. Make the proposal document final on 3/14 (Tong will be out of town traveling next week)
4. Dennis show other steps if available
5. Start testing process and report back the progress
