Create important categories to focus on brainstorm and create categories of the membership problems/solutions such as
Getting New Members
membership (on a sinking ship, fix the hole before buying more bilge pumps)
1. find out why people are currently leaving
2. change the wiki and other changes to react to step 1
3. membership drive to get new members
Create How to create better first impressions for new members,
Existing Members
Find out why existing members dropped off
Contact pat members directly to find out why they quit
Contact past contributors and ask them to come back (this one is tricky)
Investigate why members leave
Modify the home page to make it more welcoming
write Write a group mission statement that is engaging for members
