Create important categories to focus on brainstorm and create categories of the membership problems/solutions such as
membership (on a sinking ship, fix the hole before buying more bilge pumps)
1. find out why people are currently leaving
2. change the wiki and other changes to react to step 1
3. membership drive to get new members
Create New Members - how to create better first impressions for new members,
Investigate why members leaveExisting Members - find out why existing members dropped off
Modify the home page to make it more welcoming
write Write a group mission statement that is engaging for members
