• The HIC student society conducts regular meetings to engage all members and discuss important matters.
• These meetings provide a platform for sharing updates, gathering feedback, and making decisions collectively. Meetings may be held monthly, bi-monthly, or as determined by the chapter's needs.
• Participation in the Meeting by the student society chapter is compulsory.

Each student society chapter to be adminster with the help of faculty ambassdor and student ambassdor.

Faculty ambassdor

Faculty ambassdor will be responsible for the following:

• Contribution to the student chapter roadmap document.
• Participation in the stuent society meetings.
• Ensure that the use of hyperledger foundaton logo and trademark are as per Hyperledger Foundation trademark policy and guidlines.
• Ensure that the activity in the campus are following the Hyperledger Foundation Anti-trust policy & code of conduct. 

Student ambassdor

• Ensure smooth organization of the activities in the advise of the faculty ambassdor.
• Ensure effective advocacy of the open source and hyperldger India chapter activites in the campus.
• Ensure use of effective means to communicate to the student society chapter member in the campus.
