    • Fix PRs should generally be backported to release-2.2. 

    • Backport to release-2.3 at your discretion, for example any channel participation api or ledger snapshot fixes would make sense to backport to release-2.3.

    • We'll likely do v1.4.10 and v2.2.2 in mid-December.
