   1. What is the minimum translated content required to publish in the ReadTheDocs?
   2. Who are the maintainers for each language?
   3. Currency - what is the process for keeping content up to date?
   4. How to track and incorporate changes from English content into translated content?
   5. In general, should translation start with the LTS version of the docs?
