    1. Presentation of ION interoperability framework from  Feenan & Max Grabner of Clearmatics
      ION is bridging the gaps between interoperabilty between blockchains.

        Focus  INTEROPERABILITY    heterogenous member owned and governed networks., removal of intermediaries, No 3rd party in settlement cycles
    3. Move Data between different platforms, discussed what currently exists and how ION will bring Interoperability between blockchains as well as legacy systems, not reliant on one token or Incentive mechanism.. Expanding the Libraries and Interfaces to allow developers to set up the BRIDGE between platforms
    4. Core Protocol - STATE Validation and STATE Transactions, smart contracts build the bridge.
    5. Next Steps - Increase Libraries to enable more blockchain to blockchain bridges. POC's and Use Cases.  .  Bridging
