Overview of Proposal

The project lifecycle provides for specific milestones for which a review is performed. Beyond that we currently have no mechanism to do regular reviews. This proposal is about ensuring some regular review of the projects which will include measuring a project (that has acquired a top level project status) against its original charter goals.

Quarterly reports and project metrics/badging can be used for that matter.
