Gather and present rich set of data about a project and enable data-driven decision making at TSC.
Task to be completed
- Define the types of data to collect that can objectively reflect the health status of a project, including top-level or labs projects
- Decide the best sources/means for collecting such data
List of deliverables or work products
- github issues documenting the decision (types of data and sources/means)
- LFX Insight enhancements (dependent on IT team's availability and technical feasibility)
- recommended practices for the types of data that require manual collection
