Hyperledger Sawtooth, Grid and Transact

The latest post in our Blockchain Pioneer blog series looks at the history and legacy of the Hyperledger Sawtooth, Grid and Transact projects. Hyperledger Sawtooth was contributed in 2016 and brought a second DLT framework to the Hyperledger community and introduced several innovative features, including a modular architecture and the first use Confidential Computing with blockchains. Hyperledger Grid provided reusable components for implementing blockchain-based supply chain solutions and Hyperledger Transact created a shared software library that handles the execution of smart contracts. Community activities slow down during August and there aren't any meetups scheduled for the next few weeks.  There In case you missed them, there have been a number of interesting meetups recently that you can check out on the Meetup playlist on the Hyperledger YouTube channel.  You can check out recordings about a new privacy-preserving token toolkit lab, a walk-through of the new Bevel 1.1 release, a discussion about using Besu in the enterprise and more.
