Proposal to revisit Smart Contract work item in the context of Transact. Shawn has agreed to come and present on May 22nd meeting. We have an opportunity to define the smart contract engine interfaces to the next level of detail, and encourage multiple projects to adopt.
It seems we don't have budget for a technical writer to help with the papers. Ram to check if we can get some help, since we have three papers that are in the work.
